Kelly Duggan is the founder of Your Place at the Top. As a former Employee Experience Executive, Kelly spent nearly a decade with WWE building their Employee Experience function from the ground up. During her tenure, the team grew from an idea into a five-person, highly valued department encompassing Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Onboarding and Employee Engagement.

Check in and grab your free drink ticket. Kelly will greet you as soon as you walk in and be sure to get you introduced to the others in the room. Lite bites will be provided and additional food is available for purchase throughout the night.
Sell Your Skills Workshop
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Join your host, Kelly Duggan, in a "Sell Your Skills" workshop. Whether you're a business owner, manager, job seeker, or searching for that next promotion at work, being able to communicate your accomplishments is an essential skill. Learn how you can use the classic "Hero Story" model to captivate your audience and sell your skills in any situation.
Networking Groups
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
There's nothing more awkward than having to navigate a room full of strangers with zero direction. So we do things differently. In these guided networking conversations you'll have the opportunity to be paired up with at least 4-5 other attendees throughout the evening before we move on to open networking.
Open Networking
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
By now, you've already had a chance to connect with quite a few people in the room, so you can use this time to continue the conversations you started or meet with the folks you haven't chatted with yet. The bar is open and food is available for purchase until 9.
