Weeks 6-10
Then we'll get to work building the skills and materials you need to actually achieve that career path. This is where the coaching becomes consulting as I work hands on with you to set you up for success.

Hi, I'm Kelly!
Three years ago, I walked away from a 10-year HR career at WWE because I wanted to be a mom.
I combined my experience as an HR executive, and my Masters in Higher Education Administration into career coaching when I founded Your Place at the Top, helping people determine career paths and land jobs they love.
But last year, I got my favorite promotion yet when when my prayers were answered and my daughter was born. I was a mom!
And before I knew it, we were in the 4-month sleep regression.
I wasn't sleeping, but I was I thinking, “THIS is when most women go back to work.”
It broke my heart.
Because so many women, in one of the hardest seasons of their lives, are going back to jobs that no longer fit, thinking, “there has to be more than this.”
So with a baby asleep on my lap, I created Made for More.
